1. Refund eligibility: Refunds are applicable only in the event the institute cancels a course or is unable to deliver the classes, a full refund will be provided. Apart from this, no refund request will be accepted.

2. Refund requests: For all eligible refunds (as mentioned above), requests must be submitted in writing to info@vishaljaineducation.com. Requests must include relevant details such as the student's name, course enrolled, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation, if applicable.

3. Refundable amount: For all eligible refunds (as mentioned above), we will adjust the fees collected with applicable transaction charges and gateway charges and the balance will be refunded back to the student.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complete refund request and relevant documentation.
